1. Q	Are you serious about picking up dog poop?
1. A	Yes! We do doggy doo-doo (pet waste pick-up) so you don't have to.
2. Q	What made you think of this?
2. A	My wife and I love animals and one day we were scooping our dog poop and said that this would be a good thing to start up and be my own boss. There was no one doing this in our area. DoodyCall pet waste pick-up was the first one to offer service in our area.
3. Q	Why even pick it up?
3. A	Because it is nasty! ● Results in damage to your lawn. ● Attracts disease carrying pests ● Can spread harmful bacteria to our water sources which can cause serious diseases in humans. ● Creates an embarrassing and unpleasant environment for you, your neighbors and especially your dog(s). ● Pet waste has disease, bacteria and viruses such as hookworm and roundworm. When you clean it up, it shows that you have pride in ownership and that you care about your yard and environment. So, give us a call and we will clean it up for you. 4. Q	What type of service do you offer?
4. A	We pick up all the dog waste out of your yard for you.
5. Q	What do you do with the doggy doo-doo?
5. A	We put waste in leak-proof bags and dispose of in your garbage can. Or, if you prefer, for a small fee we will haul it away.
6. Q	When can I start the service?

7. Q	What about Holidays?
7. A	We work all holidays unless you don't want us there that day. If you prefer we not show up on a Holiday, just let us know in advance.
8. Q	Do you work in the rain and snow?
8. A	Yes, we work all year round because dogs still do doggy doo-doo in the winter.
9. Q	Is your equipment sanitized?
9. A	Yes, DoodyCall pet waste pick-up always disinfects their tools and boots to eliminate any cross contamination between customers.
10. Q	How often do you service a lawn?
10. A	We service lawns usually once a week unless a customer requests we come more often.
11. Q	Should I unlock my gate for you?
11. A	Yes please, we do not climb or jump over fences. If you prefer, you can give us a key or tell us the combination if that will be more convenient for you.
12. Q	Can you work with my dogs in the yard?
12. A	I prefer for both our protection that the dogs are in the house.
13. Q	Is there an extra charge for first time clean-ups?
13. A	Yes, for first time and isolated clean-ups, because of accummulation (usually all winter long). Please call for a FREE estimate.
14. Q	Do you do a one-time clean-up?
14. A	Yes, we do a one-time clean-up. Please call for a FREE estimate. We will tell you the charge before we agree on our service.
15. Q	Do you clean any yard?
15. A	Yes, we do clean any yard. The size of the yard and number of pets determines the charge. For yards that are ½ acre or more there is a slightly higher charge.
16. Q	Does tall grass or leaves matter?
16. A	No, but what we cannot see, we cannot pick up. It is best to have a trim lawn.
17. Q	When do I pay for your service?
17. A	We prefer to get paid on the first of the month. If you would like other arrangements, we can work them out.
18. Q	How do I pay for your service?
18. A	Cash or checks.
19. Q	Do we have to sign a contract?
19. A	No contract is necessary. You can terminate our service anytime.
20. Q	Are we having FUN yet?
20. A	A wise man once told me, if we ain't having fun than it isn't worth dooing (spelling is intentional).
